Basil Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup 80 Acres Farms ALL ABOUT THAT BASIL
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Rough chop ALL ABOUT THAT BASIL.
  • Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until oil is emulsified.
  • Drizzle over your favorite 80 Acres Farms salad blend and enjoy!

Notes

Add the zest of 1/2 lemon for an extra lemon zing!
