BASIL POMEGRANATE TARTLETS

Fancy and festive without the fuss with this simple five-ingredient recipe.

Ingredients

  • 24 ready-to-fill pastry cups found in the grocery freezer section
  • 6 oz. goat cheese room temperature
  • 2 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 1-2 tbsp. honey plus extra for drizzle
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • a handful of 80 ACRES FARMS ALL ABOUT THAT BASIL chiffonade

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ยบ. Line phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes.
  • Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey by hand or with a stand mixer until blended and whippy.
  • Fill pastry cups with cheese mixture with a spoon or piping bag.
  • Chiffonade basil by rolling a stack of basil leaves like a cigar. With a sharp knife, cut the basil leaves into ribbons.
  • Top with pomegranate arils and basil ribbons.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve.
