6oz. goat cheese, room temperature
2oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1-2 tbsp. honey, plus extra for drizzle
1cup of pomegranate arilsa handful of 80 ACRES FARMS ALL ABOUT THAT BASIL, chiffonade
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350º. Line phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes.
Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey by hand or with a stand mixer until blended and whippy.
Fill pastry cups with cheese mixture with a spoon or piping bag.
Chiffonade basil by rolling a stack of basil leaves like a cigar. With a sharp knife, cut the basil leaves into ribbons.
