BLT Picnic Salad
This is your favorite summer sandwich turned into a crisp salad—perfect for cookouts and picnics!

Ingredients

bacon
½
red onion
thinly sliced

avocado
sliced

croutons
FOR THE DRESSING
½
cup
plain Greek yogurt
3
tbsp.
buttermilk
2-3
tsp.
fresh lemon juice
2
tsp.
fresh chives
chopped
2
tsp.
fresh dill
minced
2
tsp.
fresh parsley
minced
½
tsp.
garlic powder
½
tsp.
onion powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400º and place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Place bacon on parchment paper and cook for 14-18 minutes, depending on the desired crispness.
Remove pan from oven and lay bacon on a paper towel-lined plate to cool and absorb extra fat.
Once cooled, crumble or cut bacon into small bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, add all dressing ingredients.
Whisk together until the ingredients are smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Layer FOREVER SUMMER in a shallow serving bowl.
Add FIREWORK TOMATOES and remaining salad ingredients.
Note: Fan the avocado for a stellar presentation.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and enjoy!
