Pear & Prosciutto Bites

These delicate pear and prosciutto appetizer bites are light and refreshing and add the right festive touch to any holiday party!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 80 Acres Farms MICRO-TOPIA microgreens
  • 2-3 Bosc or Bartlett pears firm but ripe and sliced thin
  • ΒΌ cup lemon juice
  • 4-6 oz. brie cheese sliced thin
  • 6 oz. prosciutto sliced thin

Instructions

  • Slice pears into small wedges and remove seeds and stems.
  • Add the lemon juice to a shallow bowl. Dip each pear slice in the lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and lightly blot.
  • Assemble the appetizer by layering the pear, brie cheese, and prosciutto. Make up to 2 hours ahead and store in the refrigerator on a serving platter.
  • Immediately before serving, top with MICRO-TOPIA microgreens. Enjoy!
