Instructions
Slice pears into small wedges and remove seeds and stems.
Add the lemon juice to a shallow bowl. Dip each pear slice in the lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and lightly blot.
Assemble the appetizer by layering the pear, brie cheese, and prosciutto. Make up to 2 hours ahead and store in the refrigerator on a serving platter.
Immediately before serving, top with MICRO-TOPIA microgreens. Enjoy!
