Pear & Prosciutto Bites

These delicate pear and prosciutto appetizer bites are light and refreshing and add the right festive touch to any holiday party!

 

Ingredients

2 oz 80 Acres Farms MICRO-TOPIA microgreens

23 pears, Bosc or Bartlett, firm but ripe and sliced thin

1/4 cup lemon juice

46 oz brie cheese, sliced thin

6 oz prosciutto, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Slice pears into small wedges and remove seeds and stems.
  2. Add the lemon juice to a shallow bowl. Dip each pear slice in the lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and lightly blot.
  3. Assemble the appetizer by layering the pear, brie cheese, and prosciutto. Make up to 2 hours ahead and store in the refrigerator on a serving platter.
  4. Immediately before serving, top with MICRO-TOPIA microgreens. Enjoy!
