Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Place sweet potato wedges on one sheet and cauliflower on the other.
- Drizzle both with olive oil and sprinkle with spices, reserving the cinnamon for the sweet potatoes only.
- Toss to coat and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Add all sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined. Adjust according to your taste.
- Layout out the wraps. Spread sauce on first. Next, layer with POWER CRUNCH. Add roasted vegetables, sliced red onion, and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
