While we are not certified organic, we adhere to exceptionally high standards! We cultivate our crops indoors, which allows us to grow produce without using any pesticides, not even organic ones. Our focus is on providing the cleanest, most sustainable, and nutritious produce that is grown closer to you.
Since our produce is grown hydroponically in a completely enclosed and controlled environment, it remains untouched by external contaminants. Therefore, there is no need to wash or triple-wash our produce using a chlorinated bath.Â
We’re always looking for better ways to package our produce. Plastic currently does the best job of protecting freshness and reducing food waste, but we’re committed to using less of it through smarter design, recycled materials, and ongoing packaging innovation. We’re always looking for a better solution. Got a fresh idea? Lettuce know. 🌱
Due to factors beyond our control, our salad containers—made from the same material as water bottles—may not be accepted by all curbside recycling programs. We recommend checking with your local municipality for specific recycling guidelines. You can also explore independent recycling facilities, which often complement municipal programs.
Our seeds are non-GMO varieties. Our products are verified by the Non-GMO Project, a third-party non-profit organization known for having the most rigorous certification standards.
To maintain our commitment to growing the safest, cleanest produce possible, our farms are not generally open to the public. However, we do offer educational tours at our Cincinnati farm, where guests can learn more about how we grow and operate.
If you’re interested in visiting, contact us here to learn more about upcoming educational tour opportunities.

Absolutely! Our wholly owned subsidiary, Infinite Acres.
We are committed to minimizing food waste at every stage of our operations. When our farms produce more than we can sell, we donate the excess to organizations working to fight food insecurity, including the Free Store Food Bank, La Soupe, Last Mile Rescue, and Matthew 25: Ministries.
Our farms use hydroponic growing methods. In simple terms, we water our plants directly at their roots without the use of soil. Hydroponic farming saves both space and water, and it eliminates the need for soil altogether.Â
Plants require light energy to photosynthesize, regardless of the light’s source. By controlling and providing consistent light energy, we ensure that our plants receive the best quality and flavor every day, regardless of the weather or season.Â
We grow our plants hydroponically, with their roots thriving in nutrient-rich water—mimicking the perfect soil! To support the seeds as they grow, we use coco husk and peat, which serve as a natural soil alternative.
By using renewable energy, such as hydroelectric power or Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), our farms greatly lower their carbon footprint and improve efficiency. This renewable electricity approach promotes sustainable and eco-friendly energy use in agriculture.
