Instructions
- Whisk marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Place the chicken tenders in a plastic bag and add sauce. Marinate for at least one hour, up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place marinated chicken tenders onto parchment paper lined sheet pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
- While you wait, combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Remove chicken, brush with glaze, then broil for about 3 minutes until slightly golden, watching carefully. Add more glaze after broiling if desired. Let chicken cool slightly.
- Add all salad ingredients to a bowl of FOREVER SUMMER. Top with chicken.
- Drizzle with dressing and enjoy immediately!
