For the Dressing
4Tbsp.olive oil
3Tbsp.apple cider vinegar
1Tbsp.honey mustard
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the squash cubes on the baking sheet and toss with a drizzle of olive oil, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
In 4 separate containers, divide ingredients equally to build your meals.
Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until combined. Divide into 4 containers to pair with each meal.
