Instructions
FOR THE TACOS
- Debone and shred chicken.
- Heat tortillas.
- Assemble your tacos with chicken, ROMAINE CALM, pickled onion, cucumbers, and jalapeños.
- Add yogurt, mint, and lime, as desired.
FOR THE PICKLED ONIONS
- Thinly slice red onion and place in a mason jar.
- In a pot, bring all remaining ingredients to a boil.
- Pour the liquid over the red onions and seal the jar for 30 minutes.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
