Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Place cauliflower and chickpeas on a baking sheet. Coat with olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on buffalo sauce. Toss to coat. Roast for another 10-15 minutes, until chickpeas are crispy.
- Add all salad ingredients to a bowl of FOREVER SUMMER.
- Drizzle with dressing and enjoy.
