Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º. Line phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey by hand or with a stand mixer until blended and whippy.
- Fill pastry cups with cheese mixture with a spoon or piping bag.
- Chiffonade basil by rolling a stack of basil leaves like a cigar. With a sharp knife, cut the basil leaves into ribbons.
- Top with pomegranate arils and basil ribbons.
- Drizzle with honey and serve.
