Fresh Pesto

Bright, fresh, and versatile—pesto pretty much makes everything taste better.


Units Scale

2 cups 80 Acres Farms ALL ABOUT THAT BASIL

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/3 cup raw pine nuts

1 Tbsp lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, peeled

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until finely minced.
  2. Keep refrigerated or freeze within 3 days.


Enjoy fresh pesto on pasta, sandwiches, pizza, or on its own as a dip!
