80 Acres Farms Fresh Pesto

FRESH PESTO

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh 80 Acres’ all about that BASIL
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup raw pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in food processor until finely minced. Keep refrigerated or freeze within 3 days.
 
Enjoy pesto on pasta, sandwiches, pizza, or on its own as a dip!
