MELON HONEY SALAD

This refreshing Cantaloupe Summer Salad is the perfect dish to cool you off this summer, it’s a great addition to any of your grill outs!

Units Scale

1 oz 80 Acres Farms AMA-ZING ARUGULA microgreens

1 medium ripe cantaloupe, cubed

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup olive oil

1 large lemon, juiced

1 Tbsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a serving bowl combine the cantaloupe, red onion, and feta cheese. Toss to combine and top with AMA-ZING ARUGULA microgreens.

2. Combine all the dressing ingredients, whisk or shake until blended. Pour over salad and enjoy!
