Green Goddess Dressing

An easy-to-make modern take on the classic salad dressing—upgraded with heart-healthy fats, clean ingredients, and, most importantly, the freshest basil (any time of year).

Ingredients

1 avocado
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 garlic clove, peeled 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, preferably full fat 1 tsp. Worcestershire 2 green onions, minced 1/2 oz. 80 Acres Farms ALL ABOUT THAT BASIL 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water to desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate unused dressing in an airtight container for up to 7 days.

Notes

Serve over your favorite 80 Acres Farms salad, al dente pasta, or sandwiches, or use as a dip for veggies.
